Question

How does the humidity button work and how can the desired humidity level be set?

Answer

Press the humidity button repeatedly to set the humidity level between CO (continuous dehumidification) / 40% / 45% / 50% / 55% / 60% / 65% / 70% / 75% / 80%.

Once the room humidity reaches the set target value, the device stops active dehumidification. The fan may continue to run. This is normal and does not mean that the device is still actively dehumidifying.

If the room humidity is at least two percentage points below the set target value, the device switches off the heating element (PTC). The fan then continues to run at speed level one for ten minutes and subsequently stops.

If the room humidity remains at least two percentage points below the set target value, the device switches to monitoring mode: the fan runs every 30 minutes for three minutes at speed level one and then switches off again.

As soon as the room humidity is at least two percentage points above the set target value, the device resumes operation. The fan speed is regulated depending on the deviation from the target humidity level.

To activate continuous dehumidification, press the HUMIDITY button repeatedly until “CO” is displayed. In this mode, the device operates continuously, regardless of the room humidity.

Note: The fan may continue to run during this phase. This is normal and does not mean that the device is still actively dehumidifying.
