ecoQ DryAir Alpin - Using the Continuous Drainage Option

Modified on Mon, 26 Jan at 1:06 AM

Question

How can I use the ecoQ DryAir Alpin with the continuous drainage option?

Answer

Water can be drained automatically into a floor drain by connecting the appliance to a PVC water hose with an inner diameter of 14 mm.

  • Insert the water hose into the drainage outlet as shown on the left. Guide the hose to a suitable drainage point.
  • Once the hose is connected correctly, the appliance can be operated as usual.

Safety:

  • If the hose is not being used, remove it from the drainage outlet.
  • The hose must be positioned lower than the drainage outlet, as shown in the diagrams below. Otherwise, water could flow back into the water tank.
