Why is water overflowing from the tank?
Answer
First, make sure that the device is standing upright on a level surface. The water tank should then be checked for any possible damage. If the tank is intact, the float inside the water tank must be inspected to ensure that it can still move freely and is present. If water is leaking outside the device, for example running down the exterior, it may also be caused by a clogged or dirty internal drain. In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact customer service directly for assistance.
