The heaters may be connected directly to the mains supply in a professional manner and by a competent person, whereby the mains plug is cut off for this purpose. The applicable standards must be observed. Our warranty does not expire if the mains plug is cut off.


In the event of a defect, however, it must be possible to check and confirm the defect, i.e. there must still be at least 10 cm of connection cable left so that we can check the unit.


In the event of a warranty claim, heaters must be returned to ecofort ag. ecofort explicitly does not assume any third-party costs, e.g. for replacing a defective heater that was connected directly to the mains, even if this is a warranty case.
