Can I disconnect the connecting hose between the indoor and outdoor units?
Answer
No, the connecting hose between the indoor and outdoor units must not be disconnected by the user.
The hose forms part of the sealed refrigerant circuit and contains refrigerant. The connection is specially sealed and must not be simply loosened or cut during installation.
Important:
- Improper disconnection can lead to a refrigerant leak.
- This can damage the unit and render it inoperable.
- Work on the refrigerant circuit must only be carried out by suitably qualified specialists.
