What happens when the water tank is full?
Answer
When the water tank is full, the FULL indicator lights up to warn you and the compressor stops to prevent water from overflowing from the water tank.
The water tank should be emptied after 3 days at the latest, otherwise bacteria may form in the water. To empty the water tank, pull it straight out of the unit. Empty the water from the tank into a sink or other drain. Reinsert the tank. Make sure that it is inserted correctly and completely so that the FULL ‘water tank full’ indicator goes out and the dehumidifier can resume operation.
Note: Please note that the FULL ‘water tank full’ indicator also lights up red if the water tank is not inserted correctly.
