Why is water overflowing from the tank?
Answer
First, ensure that the device is standing upright on a level surface. Check the water tank for any damage. If it is intact, check the float in the water tank to see if it can still move or if it is still there at all. If water is running down outside the device, for example, it may also be that the drain inside the device is blocked/dirty. If you have a problem, please contact customer service directly.
