The first thing to check is whether the dehumidifier is standing on a level surface. If this is OK, the air filter should be checked. If it is not clean, this can also cause other noises. Of course, it could also be the sound of the refrigerant, which is not a problem. However, if it sounds like loose particles or parts, please report this to us so that we can record the case and the device can be sent to our workshop.
