ecoQ Rena - Switches off by itself

Modified on Sat, 12 Apr at 11:41 PM

Question:

Why does the ecoQ Rena switch itself off?

Answer:

If the appliance switches itself off after 5 seconds and no longer has any suction power, it is usually because the hoover switches itself off for safety reasons so that the motor does not overheat. In both cases, this means that the Hepa filter is full and must be knocked out or replaced.
