Circumstance:
C2 means internal overheating. This can be caused by a blocked air supply or air exhaust.
The clearances around the unit must be maintained according to the instructions, especially at the rear where the air is drawn in through the air filter.
The ecofort has received several reports about C2, but so far no repair has been necessary because of this. It is a temporary error that will resolve itself.
Possible cause:
When the unit exhausts air, make sure that the large plastic flap is open and that the metal louvres are positioned underneath.
Reaction of a customer:
"On the one hand, I placed the unit a little more away from the wall and the slats by the air outlet flap were a little very slanted. I have now straightened these and the unit works tip-top."
