Problem:
The water does not flow off with the hose but flows into the tank.
Cause:
The hose may have a kink or is twisted and therefore does not allow water to flow through the hose.
What do I have to pay attention to when connecting a direct drain?:
The hose must be routed inwards and through the hole in the base. There must be no pull on it and the hose must not be twisted when connected to the water tank. The hose should make a nice curve.
